At just 16, Gambew (Then Gareth B) ignited Cape Town's Hard House scene, spinning tracks for fearless, beat-thirsty crowds. He cut his teeth in the city's hottest clubs, drawing inspiration from local legends like Rohan Scully, Nick e Louder, Lee, Faadil, and Gavin Fitchie, as well as global icons like Paul Glazby, Ed Real, Lisa Lashes, and Rachel Auburn. Gambew's guest list reads like a who's who of the party scene: The Gallery, 96 Degrees, Club 55, Detour, Club Numbers, and Club One. He’s rocked epic events like OD404, Wobble meets Sussed, DJ Elections, DJ Max Alien, Paul Glazby’s sets,and even CD launches for Surge and Derek "TheBandit".
